Our Mission

At 12 Good Minutes, our mission is to inspire hope, start meaningful conversations, and help break the silence surrounding men's mental health and suicide prevention.

Our name reflects a sobering reality: on average, a man dies by suicide every 13 minutes. We believe those 12 minutes can also represent an opportunity—to check in, to listen, to encourage, and to remind someone that they are not alone.

Through a thoughtfully curated collection of apparel featuring motivational messages, we create everyday reminders that strength is found in speaking up, seeking support, and showing compassion for one another. Every shirt is designed to spark conversations that can change lives, reduce stigma, and encourage men to prioritize their mental well-being.

As a San Antonio-based small business, we are committed to building a community where men feel seen, heard, and supported. We believe that one conversation, one act of kindness, and one reminder of hope can make a lasting difference.

Together, we can turn every 12 minutes into a moment of connection, encouragement, and hope.
